RPM Unlocks the Rest of Your Reps' Bag.

Most products in a rep's bag ask practices to spend. Only one helps them earn. Practice Revenue Solutions delivers recurring Medicare revenue to the practices your reps already call on — fully managed by PRS, with recurring compensation for participating reps. The product that opens the door, and pays your reps to keep it open.

The Insight

How Many Products in Your Reps' Bag Actually Make Their Clients Money?

For most reps, every line item is an "ask." Only one is an "offer."

The Strategic Argument

RPM Doesn't Compete With Your Bag. It Unlocks It.

New cash flow at the practice changes every conversation your reps have with them after. The product that pays the practice becomes the product that opens every other product in the bag.

New net monthly revenue per practice

Recurring, scalable, fully managed by PRS — shown at 100 enrolled patients per practice.

*Net to the practice, shown at approximately 100 enrolled patients per practice and as a range based on patient mix and utilization. CPT 99453 (device set-up) is a one-time, per-patient reimbursement counted separately. Revenue scales with each additional patient enrolled — a jumping-off point, not a ceiling. Actual results vary by geographic locality, payer, and patient population, and are not a guarantee of revenue.

Active Model

Your reps stay engaged with the practice through implementation. Higher recurring compensation tied to their level of involvement. Terms are defined in the partner agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Sales Org Leaders Ask Us First.

A few of the most common questions from VPs of Sales, sales directors, and rep network leaders.

Do my reps need to learn the clinical side of RPM?
No. Your reps make the introduction and tag the practice as a referral — that's it. PRS handles every clinical conversation, including the Discovery Call with the physician, the device selection, the patient enrollment, and the ongoing care specialist interactions. Your reps don't need to become RPM experts.
How does the rep get credited for the referral?
At intake, every practice is tagged to the referring rep inside our GoHighLevel CRM. The rep's name, email, and organization are captured in custom fields and a referral tag is applied to the practice contact. This tagging follows the practice through the entire pipeline — Discovery Call, signed agreement, patient enrollment, and ongoing monthly billing — so referral attribution is automatic and transparent.
When does my organization start getting paid?
Compensation begins once a referred practice is live and active — typically 30–60 days after a signed agreement, depending on enrollment velocity. After that, recurring compensation continues on a monthly basis, per the terms of your partner agreement.
Will RPM compete with the other products my reps are selling?
No — that's the strategic argument we lead with. RPM is the only product in your reps' bag that adds revenue to the practice instead of asking them to spend. New cash flow at the practice makes every other product easier to sell, not harder. Reps consistently report higher close rates on their existing bag after introducing RPM.
What's the typical revenue range we should expect per practice?
At approximately 100 enrolled patients per practice, net recurring monthly revenue to the practice is roughly $9,500–$14,200.* That's a starting point, not a ceiling — practices with larger Medicare populations scale with each additional enrollment. We'll model the numbers for your specific rep base and the practice profile they call on during the partner conversation. *Net to the practice; CPT 99453 (one-time device set-up) counted separately; varies by locality, payer, and patient mix; not a guarantee of revenue.
How long does it take to onboard our organization?
Most sales-org partners are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. That includes finalizing the compensation structure, building your co-branded materials, conducting rep training, and configuring the GHL tracking for your team. After that, your reps can begin referring practices immediately.
Is there any cost to my organization or to my reps?
No. There is no cost to join the PRS Partner Program — no licensing fees, no training fees, no minimums. PRS is compensated for the services it delivers, and partners receive recurring compensation under the terms of the partner agreement.
What size sales organizations do you typically partner with?
We work with sales organizations ranging from small independent rep groups (5–10 reps) up through national networks with several hundred reps. The compensation structures scale to fit — the Referral Model works well for smaller teams, the Active Model and Custom structures are designed for larger organizations with established commission grids.
