FitPeo (RPM/CCM) figures assume a representative panel of 100 enrolled patients; CPT 99453 (device set-up) is a one-time, per-patient reimbursement counted separately. Pulse4Pulse figures depend on eligible patient volume and services performed, and Pulse4Pulse is a billing-support program (the practice bills through its own system with PRS liaison assistance).
