The Difference It Makes

Your Practice — Before and After

Here's what changes when both programs become part of your care model.

Without These Programs

Hidden cardiovascular and autonomic conditions go undetected until a crisis — ER visits, hospitalizations, emergency transfers.

Significant Medicare reimbursement goes uncollected — revenue your practice is entitled to but never captures.

High-risk patients go unmonitored between visits — blood pressure spikes, glucose drops, and oxygen changes happen undetected at 2am.

Patients don't receive the ADA and AHA recommended cardiovascular screening their conditions warrant.

With Both Programs

Pulse4Pulse identifies hidden conditions early — in your office, before they escalate. FitPeo monitors the highest-risk patients 24/7 between visits.

$239K–$295K* in combined net annual revenue flows directly to your practice — with zero equipment cost and zero overhead.

Real-time alerts notify your team immediately when readings fall outside normal ranges — problems caught days before they become emergencies.

At-risk patients receive ADA and AHA recommended cardiovascular testing — elevating your standard of care and standing with payers.

Net to practice — both programs, per 100 enrolled patients
Both programs are Medicare-reimbursed. No capital expense. No additional staff required. Our teams handle implementation, billing support, and compliance.

* Estimated net revenue to your practice, after program fees. FitPeo RPM/CCM figures reflect a per-100-patient range — the floor assumes a blended patient mix; figures rise toward full utilization. CPT 99453 (one-time device setup) is billed separately at enrollment. Pulse4Pulse figures are preliminary estimates pending final reconciliation. Actual results vary with patient mix, engagement, and Medicare reimbursement rates, which differ by state and payer. Estimates only — not a guarantee of revenue.

Common Questions

Everything You Want to Know

The questions we hear most from practices before they get started.

Absolutely. Many practices start with one program and add the second once they see the results. Both programs are independently valuable. That said, practices using both consistently see the strongest clinical and financial outcomes — and the combined revenue potential makes the case for starting both simultaneously.
Minimal. For Pulse4Pulse, your staff simply refers eligible patients to the testing area — our technician handles everything else. For FitPeo, our care team manages device setup, daily monitoring, and all documentation. Your providers review alerts and monthly reports, typically requiring about 1 hour per month per 100 enrolled patients.
No. Pulse4Pulse brings all diagnostic equipment to your facility — you never purchase, store, or maintain anything. FitPeo ships all monitoring devices directly to enrolled patients at no cost to your practice. Both programs are truly zero capital expense.
For Pulse4Pulse, a billing liaison is assigned to assist with claims submission under your provider NPI — reviewing insurance pre-testing and working through your existing billing system. For FitPeo, the Revenue-Share model includes complete billing and AR management. All remittances from both programs are paid directly to your practice.
Most practices are fully onboarded within 2-3 weeks. We handle credentialing, staff orientation, and patient enrollment in parallel. The first Pulse4Pulse testing visit is typically scheduled within 2 weeks of signing. FitPeo device shipments begin as soon as patients are enrolled and provider-approved.
Both programs are also accepted by Medicare Advantage plans and most major commercial insurers. Pulse4Pulse testing is reimbursed by Medicaid in many states as well. Our billing liaisons will assess eligibility for your specific patient population and payer mix before you commit to anything.
